CLASS BEING OFFERED FOR WOMEN WHO WANT TO MAKE DUCK DECOYS


A class is being offered to teach women how to create a duck decoy. The Missouri Department of Conservation will offering the course August 6th and 7th at the Conservation’s Campus Nature Center in Cape Girardeau. The class is open to women, ages 14 and older, and will teach participants how to carve and paint a duck decoy from rough-cut cork. There is a $15 charge for the class. The class will be on August 6 from 6 to 9 pm and on August 7 from 8 am to 1 pm. For more information, call 573-290-5218.
