HIGHWAY PATROL MAKES MULTIPLE DRUG ARRESTS
Members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol made several drug related arrests in the area over the past few days.
26 year old Joseph E. Salmon of Sikeston was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon in Scott County on a felony warrant for distributing, delivering, and manufacturing a controlled substance.
In Wayne County, officers arrested 41 year old Vincent R. Mathis of Piedmont. Mathis was taken in on Wayne County warrants for possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property, as well as charges for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony driving while revoked.
22 year old Ryan M. Helsel of Poplar Bluff was arrested in Butler County. Charges against Helsel include felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, felony stealing, and possession of burglary tools.
And yesterday evening, 20 year old Ian Mullins of Patterson was taken into custody. Mullins is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
