MISSOURI GOVERNOR INSTATES STAY AT HOME ORDER

Missouri Governor Mike Parson has issued a state-wide stay at home order to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

While some businesses and workplaces will remain open, they will operate with no more than 10 people at a time, and must maintain social distancing guidelines. The order includes a requirement to practice social distancing when residents are outside their work or home, and states that individuals must stay inside their home when possible.

Reasons for leaving your home must include shopping for groceries or food, leaving for work, getting medicine, going to a bank, or riding public transports.

Health offices in Missouri, as well as the CDC, recommend wearing face masks or cloth coverings while in public settings to avoid any potential spreading of the coronavirus.

The Stay-at-home order began at midnight today, and will continue until April 24th, unless extended.
