Frankie Casteel has been a staple at River Radio since 2015, serving as the Program and Sports Director for KWOC.

He is also the host of the KWOC Morning Edition, airing weekdays from 6-8 am. With a deep passion for sports, Frankie has been the play-by-play announcer for the Poplar Bluff Mules since 2009 and regularly provides commentary for other local schools' sporting events, as well as the area’s most trusted news and weather source. His extensive experience and dedication to the community make him a well-known voice in the region.

Shawn Mannon serves as an On-Air Personality and Assistant News Director for River Radio. His responsibilities include being the primary news writer for River Radio and the morning News Anchor for Clear 94, Z95 The Bone, and Shuffle 92.2. Additionally, he acts as the Saturday morning DJ on Clear 94 and serves as the primary backup anchor for the KWOC Morning Edition.

Off-air, Shawn works in creative services, manages Public Service Announcements, handles select FCC reports, and undertakes other tasks as needed.
