BLOOMFIELD AUTHORITIES SEARCHING FOR MISSING TEENAGER
Authorities in Bloomfield are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
According to a post on the Bloomfield Department of Public Safety Facebook page, 16 year old Alexendria Lusk was last seen at 2 am Tuesday morning in her home. She was reported missing at 9:30 am.
Alexendria Lusk is described as a Caucasian female, five foot, three inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with hazel eyes, and brown, curly, medium length hair.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Bloomfield DPS at 573-568-3576 or Stoddard County Sheriff's Department at 573-568-4654.
TEENAGER SERIOUSLY INJURED IN SINGLE VEHICLE WRECK NEAR CAMPBELL
Two teenagers were injured in a single vehicle wreck Tuesday night near Campbell.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 19 year old Tyler Stultz, of Holcomb, was driving on Route B in Dunklin County when his vehicle ran off the roadway, struck a ditch, and overturned.
Officials say that a 17 year old passenger in the vehicle was ejected during the wreck.
The passenger was seriously injured while Stultz received moderate injuries and both were transported to a Piggott hospital.
ROUTE EE IN BUTLER COUNTY TO BE CLOSED TODAY FOR PIPE REPLACEMENT
Part of Route EE in Butler County will be closed today as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a pipe under the roadway.
The section of Route EE to be closed is located between County Roads 267 and 265.
Weather permitting, work will be performed today from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
MISSOURI GOVERNOR ERIC GREITENS ANNOUNCES HIS RESIGNATION
Missouri Governor Eric Greitens has announced his resignation.
Greitens announced yesterday afternoon that he will be resigning the Governorship effective at 5 pm on Friday.
Greitens said in a brief statement that the past few months have been "incredibly difficult" for him, his family and friends. He says that while he has made mistakes, he has broken no laws.
The resignation comes amid a special session in which the state Legislature is considering Greitens impeachment.
In a statement released after the announcement, Missouri Lieutenant Governor Mike Parson said he was ready to fulfill the duties of the office with honor and integrity.
POPLAR BLUFF MAN FACING FELONY METH CHARGE
An area man is facing a felony meth charge following his arrest Tuesday afternoon in Butler County.
Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol tell KWOC News that 55 year old Dale Dover, of Poplar Bluff, was taken into custody Tuesday on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
Dover is also facing a misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Following the arrest, he was held at the Butler County Jail.
MALDEN BASEBALL TEAM ADVANCES TO STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
One Southeast Missouri baseball team will be playing for a state championship this afternoon.
The Malden Green Wave baseball team advanced to the Class 3 state finals following their 9-3 win over Holden on Tuesday. The State Championship game will see the Green Wave matched against the Strafford Indians. First pitch is scheduled for 1:30 pm this afternoon in O’Fallon.
In Class 1, the Oran Eagles state semifinal match-up against Green City will also be played this afternoon in O’Fallon. First pitch for that game is scheduled for 4 pm.
BRIDGE REPAIRS TO CAUSE DELAYS TODAY IN DUNKLIN COUNTY
Route MM in Dunklin County will be reduced to one lane today so Missouri Department of Transportation crews can perform bridge repairs.
The bridge involved in the repairs is located between Route J and County Road 122.
Weather permitting, work is scheduled for 7 am to 4 pm today.
