BUTLER AND RIPLEY COUNTY ELECTION RESULTS
Voters in Butler and Ripley County headed to the polls Tuesday to decide on multiple local races.
In Butler County, Lisa Armes Parson and Barbara Ann Horton won the Poplar Bluff City Council races for Ward 1 and Ward 3, respectively.
For the Neelyville School Board, the top two vote getters were Vernon Barker and Jill Marie McGruder.
In Ripley County, Dennis Cox won the vote for Doniphan Mayor. Other winners include Leslie Netherland for Doniphan Alderman of Ward 1, Riley March for Doniphan Alderman of Ward 2, and Homer Joe Davis for Naylor Alderman.
A Ripley County Use Tax question passed 600 to 358.

CARTER AND STODDARD COUNTY ELECTION RESULTS
Multiple races were decided Tuesday during elections throughout Missouri.
In Carter County, Mike Hoerner won the race for Van Buren Mayor.
In Stoddard County, Randal Tennison, Bryce Matthews, and Larry Helm all won Dexter Alderman races. School District propositions also passed for the Puxico R-8 and Richland R-1 school districts.
For the Dexter R-11 School Board, the top two candidates to receive votes were Bonnie Howard and Nancy Tuley Mayer.
For the Bernie R-13 School Board, the top two were Kristopher Powell and Jason Shelton, while the top two for the Puxico R-8 School Board were Brad Watkins and Michael Clubb.

STORAGE BUILDING FIRE UNDER INVESTIGATION IN CAMPBELL
Authorities in Campbell are investigating a fire from early Tuesday morning.
According to the Campbell Volunteer Fire Department, crews responded to a storage building fire on Elm Street shortly after 5 am Tuesday.
The fire was not fully extinguished until around 8 am.
Officials say that the fire is under investigation and anyone who has information on how it might have started is asked to contact the Campbell Fire Department or Campbell Police Department.
DEXTER MAN ARRESTED ON WEAPON AND DRUG CHARGES IN RIPLEY COUNTY
Authorities in Ripley County have arrested an area man on multiple charges.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 59 year old Kenny Davis, of Dexter, was taken into custody Monday night on felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance for methamphetamine and alprazolam.
Davis also reportedly had warrants out of both Butler and Ripley Counties.
BRIDGE REPAIRS TO CAUSE DELAYS ON INTERSTATE 55 IN NEW MADRID COUNTY
The Southbound lanes of Interstate 55 in New Madrid County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction today as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform bridge repairs.
According to officials, the work zone will be located from mile marker 51.8 to mile marker 52.4, near Kewanee.
Weather permitting, work is scheduled to take place today from 7 am to 3 pm.
CREWS TO REDUCE PART OF US HIGHWAY 61 FOR BRIDGE REPAIRS
U.S. Highway 61 in New Madrid County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction so crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation can perform bridge repairs over Interstate 55.
The section of roadway to be reduced is located at the overpass north of New Madrid.
Weather permitting, work will take place from 7 am to 3 pm both today and tomorrow.
