DETAILS RELEASED ABOUT FATAL TWO VEHICLE CRASH IN NORTHEAST ARKANSAS
Officials have released the name of a person killed in a two vehicle crash over the weekend.
According to the Arkansas State Police, the wreck occurred Saturday evening when 48 year old Dawn Eaton, of Paragould, drove through a stop sign and into the path of an oncoming vehicle.
The crash was located at the intersection of Walcott Road and the US Highway 412 Bypass in Paragould.
Officials say that Eaton was killed in the wreck. Two people in the second vehicle were injured and transported to an area hospital.
HEALTH FAIR SET FOR WEDNESDAY IN VAN BUREN
Southern Care and Comfort in Home Agency and Veteran Services will be hosting a health fair this week in Van Buren.
The fair has been scheduled for 11 am to 1 pm on Wednesday at the Van Buren Nutrition Center.
There will be information about behavioral health, medical equipment, hospice, and more for area seniors. Attendees can also get immunizations and their blood pressure checked.

POPLAR BLUFF WOMAN ARRESTED ON FELONY METH CHARGE
Authorities in Dunklin County have arrested a Poplar Bluff woman on a felony drug charge.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 35 year old Ashlie Patty was arrested Monday morning on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine.
Patty also reportedly had multiple warrants out of Butler County.
Following the arrest, she was held at the Dunlin County Jail.
POPLAR BLUFF SCHOOL OFFICIALS REMIND PARENTS TO GET THEIR STUDENTS VACCINATED FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR
The Poplar Bluff school year is almost at its end, but school officials are preparing for next year.
A recent letter was released to parents reminding them to make sure that their children are properly immunized to go to school.
Children attending school must be immunized against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, measles, mumps, rubella hepatitis B, meningitis, and varicella.
Parents of incoming 12th graders are also reminded that two doses of the Meningococcal vaccine are required, unless the first dose was administered to a student who was 16 years of age or older, in which case only one dose is required.
Incoming 12th graders must provide documentation verifying they received the vaccine to the school nurse before school starts in the fall. Parents are being urged to make these appointments now and not wait until right before the school year begins.
Incoming 12th graders are also recommended to receive two doses of the HPV vaccine and one dose of the Meningococcal B vaccine.
ROADSIDE WORK TO FORCE CLOSURE OF BUTLER COUNTY ROAD TODAY
Route O in Butler County will be closed for part of this week as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform roadside work.
According to officials, the work zone is located from Route W near Poplar Bluff to U.S. Route 67.
Weather permitting, work will take place today through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
CULVERT REPLACEMENT SCHEDULED FOR TODAY IN WAYNE COUNTY
Crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation will be replacing a culvert today at the entrance to Sam A. Baker Park.
Route 143 in Wayne County will be closed at the Park entrance while the project is underway.
Officials say that work will take place today from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
