Duke later admitted to fleeing from the officer’s emergency lights and sirens and crashing his motorcycle. He has been charged with resisting an arrest, detention, or stop by fleeing, DWI, driving while revoked or suspended, and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident.
