According to the National Weather Service, most of Southeast Missouri and Northeast Arkansas will be under the warning through 6 pm today.

Scattered power outages and some tree damage are likely due to the ice as well as hazardous travel conditions.
Officials in multiple areas reported numerous drive offs and crashes Wednesday night.
DRIVERS URGED TO WATCH FOR ICY ROADS
The Missouri Department of Transportation is urging drivers to be cautious of slick and icy roads today.
If you must travel during the winter weather, make sure to have a full tank of gas, extra blankets and gloves, as well as provisions like water and snacks in the event of an emergency. Keep your cellphone charged, but do not use it while driving.
While driving, remember to buckle up and give yourself plenty of extra time to get to your destination.
MoDOT crews are conducting around-the-clock operations. Be cautious and give road crews room to work.
You can find road conditions online by using MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map at traveler.modot.org, or through MoDOT’s free smartphone app, available for iPhone and Android phones.
